ICT Evening Seminar

The Institute of Circuit Technology are pleased to announce an Evening Seminar on Tuesday 5th March 2013. The event is being held at the Glynhill Hotel, Renfrew with an open house event at Rainbow Technology Systems during the day.

There will be three papers to allow ample time for a networking dinner

1)Stewart McCracken of MCS will discuss the key capabilities of their new broad ion beam x-section preparation and analysis services. These are ideally suited to the evaluation and characterisation of PCB's, and in this case, the focus will be on the preparation and evaluation of solderable coatings.

2)Jim Francey of Optoprint gave a presentation for the ICT in Arundel 3 February 2010 which was entitled "Trends in RF/Microwave & High Speed Digital and their effect on PCB Technology Requirements Part 2". - Jim will now deliver part three

3) Geoff Layhe of Lamar Group will give a paper entitled "Laminates for High Frequency Circuits"

Rainbow will arrange transport throughout the day to pick up from the airport and take delegates to and from the factory and the hotel. All three are very close together.

Their facility will be open to visitors all day, and will have demonstrations of equipment and processes running continuously. Refreshments and a buffet style lunch will be available within the facility.
