Institute of Circuit Technology Celebrates Recruitment of its 300th Member.

ICT300thMember

Despite the contraction of the UK PCB industry and its supply chain in recent years, the Institute of Circuit Technology (ICT) has continued to recruit new members. Towards the end of 2012, its membership passed 300 and, to mark the event, a commemorative certificate and tankard were awarded to David Wyllie of Stevenage Circuits, who had the good fortune to become the ICT’s 300th member. To celebrate this achievement, the ICT formally presented the tankard and certificate at its evening seminar held in Arundel on February 6th. The award was handed to Tim Gee, who was representing David Wyllie and Stevenage Circuits at the event, by ICT Chairman, Martin Goosey. Martin thanked the ICT’s Technical Director, Bill Wilkie, who had led the recent highly successful recruitment drive and said that he looked forward to making a similar award to the 400th member. More information about the ICT and its activities can be found at www.instct.org.uk.
