In December, we made a strategic — and admittedly difficult — decision to close our Poole manufacturing facility. This move was not taken lightly, but it marked a pivotal shift in our commitment to progressing our capabilities and enabling focus on our investment and technology advancements. Our main facility in Exmouth has continually worked in parallel with the Poole site and has the manufacturing background, knowledge, and experience to be well established and positioned to continue complex production. With an experienced team in place and proven processes, we have been able to scale up our production of flex and flex-rigid PCBs, focused in one facility. To support this growth, we have increased our technical department and invested in training and continuous improvement in all areas. We have made investments in further equipment such as additional LDI and laser rout capacity. Of course we continue to invest in our manufacturing facility, particularly targeted at flex and flex-rigid manufacture, for high-reliability and complex PCB markets. Read more... |
